SurveyMonkey
Requirements
Before starting the integration process, ensure you have:
- A registered SurveyMonkey application
- An Access Token, which you can find under the Settings section of your SurveyMonkey app
- If you’re using a Public SurveyMonkey app, you’ll also need the Client ID and Client Secret, both available in the app’s Settings
Steps to Connect SurveyMonkey
- In the source configuration panel, locate and select SurveyMonkey from the list of available sources.
- Complete the configuration form with the following details:
- Source Name: Provide a label to easily recognize this source within xGen
- Access Token: Enter the token associated with your SurveyMonkey app
- Client ID and Client Secret: These are only required for public apps
- Start Date: Only data collected on or after this date will be synced
- Data Center Region: Specify the geographic region where your SurveyMonkey account is hosted, as API endpoints may vary depending on location
- Survey IDs (optional): If you wish to sync specific surveys only, provide their unique IDs. Leave this field empty to sync all available survey data
- Click Set up source to begin the connection process. xGen will automatically validate the provided details and establish the connection.
