Freshsales

Prerequisites

Before starting the setup, make sure you have the following:

• A Freshsales account
• Your Freshsales API key
• The domain name for your Freshsales instance

How to Connect Freshsales in xGen

1. Go to the Sources section in the xGen dashboard.
2. Click on + New Source and select Freshsales from the list.
3. Provide a custom name for your Freshsales connector.
4. Input your Freshsales domain name.
5. Paste your API key (refer to the documentation if needed to locate it).
6. Click Set up source to begin the integration process.
